Dr. Dinesh Kumar is a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry (Software Developer: Quantum Energy) turned public policy professional. He served three years and Six months as a U.P. Chief Minister's Fellow under the Government of Uttar Pradesh, gaining deep grassroots experience in state and central government policy monitoring and implementation (14+ Ministries of India and 20+ Departments of Government of Uttar Pradesh). He is currently an Independent Contractor with Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) India, working on PM Surya Ghar — Muft Bijli Yojana, India's flagship rooftop solar scheme. He is also the Founder & Managing Trustee of Rastra Nirman Trust.
